Before placing a bid on any of my auctions please be aware of the way we do business. First off I use a cardboard box with insulation to keep fish warm. I use heat packs when necessary. Fish are sent in 3ml double bagging and pure oxygen. If in the event there is a Dead On Arrival (DOA) pictures need to be sent within 2 hours of delivery. First picture of the fish in original bag and then actual deceased fish. Credit for DOA is issued towards future purchase and does not cover shipping charges. I will do my best to work with everyone. I offer Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on USPS Express shipping only. USPS Priority can get delayed, so I can't guarantee live arrival. Any over night or same day delivery is covered by LAG.
