Acclimating Angelfish/Shipping Policy and Payment
Something very important you may need to know about acclimating your new arrival angelfish: 1. Never open the shipping bag immediately when you receive your angelfish. 2. Float the inner bag with the fish in the receiving tank for at least 1 hour. 3. net the fish out from the bag and then dump the shipping water. 4. Always quarantine the new arrival fish from the ones from any other source for at least one week, depending on the condition of the fish. 5. Relax and Enjoy! If you need basic skills for keeping angelfish, please let me know before you place your bid. Shipping Policy and Payment Most of my auctions end at Thursday nights. Since I need a couple days fasting the fish for shipping, I wish all payments can be done after auctions end up or by Fridays if you want me to put you on my Saturday shipping list. I offer live delivery guarantee on all fish auctioned. Refund or replacement are upon DOA proof (clear picturs of dead fish with original unopened bag and email me in 3 hours by first delivery attempt). . I ship USPS priority, UPS and if need I will ship SW air cargo. I usually ship on Saturdays cause I found that most Sat. shipping take 2 days and they rarely delay, plus I currently work from 8:30AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri., but would work things out if you have special request on shipping days.
