My story
I would just like to start off with a thanks for checking out my just me page. I first started breeding fish when I was 12 years old, I am now sad to say 34. When I was young I also had a passion for fish. Just watching them swim was exciting. I had always had fish since I was young but when I was 12 my mother let me get my very own. I had bought a female and male betta from my local pet store and thought I was something. I did some research at my library and started on the breeding. I didn't really know what I was doing but luckily the fish did! When my fish had finished what they were doing and the fry got just big enough for you to see them I ran and showed my mom. The look on her face of seeing those 50 some baby betta swimming around was priceless. Ever since then I've been kind of hooked on breeding. Now my daughter and I spend time together and are connected by our great hobby. Coming to this website I know it is competition. I will do my job of bringing the healthier, happier, and better fish out there. If this all goes well I will invest in breeding rarer fish. I know my fish and hope everyone can respect that. (P.S. I will soon have my camera up and running so you guys can see the high quality)
Terms of business
Warranty In our warranty we agree to replace once a fish arriving Dead on Arrival (D.O.A.) in your order, provided you follow a few reasonable steps. These steps include cleaning and preparing your new fish's home. If a fish from us is received D.O.A., then notify us immediately by email and take a photo of the D.O.A. fish in its unopened bag. This photo must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery. We must be able to see that the bag has been unopened. Our Live Delivery Warranty applies to the original shipment only. Shipping and handling charges are not included in this warranty. Credit cards cannot be credited for D.O.A. fish. 2. Acceptable Methods of Payment There are three methods of paying that are acceptable to us: 1. Paypal. 2. Personal Checks. 3. Postal Money Orders. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars and must be received by us before we ship. We prefer you order from us using PayPal's Secure System. If you do not have a PayPal Account, you can still use PayPal's Secure System and pay by using your credit card. So PayPal should work for almost everyone. About Ordering The Prices The Prices are payable in U.S. Dollars and are always listed for ONE item. You pay the finishing bid price and may purchase more fish of the same breed for the same price as the final bid price. The Sizes The sizes of the item you will be receiving are listed in each auction in inches and refer to total length of that item. Each size is the size of the item for sale. Know Your Fish We strongly recommend that you carefully read about each item, before you decide to purchase it! No Minimum Size Order There are no minimum order sizes. Order as many items or as few as you want. (Until we run out) The Pictures The pictures posted are not the actual fish. We have many items available and it is just too hard to take pictures of every fish. So we can't ship you the exact same item that you see in a picture, but we can usually ship you an item that is nearly the same. Special Requests If you send us a Special Request with your order, we'll try to send you what you request. Shipping Charges Shipping Charges are usually $28.00 for one shipment, containing a selective number of items, sent to one address. We will ship priority but prefer not to. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON PRIORITY. We Ship We ship all orders that contain live items by overnight express delivery (unless requested differently). From the day we receive your payment, you will usually receive your package within 7 of our shipment days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Notification We will always notify you by email, the day we ship your package. When will the shipment arrive? Right now we ship on Monday through Thursday to arrive the next day on Tuesday through Friday. A few details about how we ship fish. We single bag many of the fish: one fish to a bag. We also double bag: a second bag around the first bag in case one of the bags leaks. MOST bags of fish are packed inside a Styrofoam liner to protect the contents from temperature changes, and the Styrofoam liner goes inside a cardboard carton. Shipping Charges. There is one charge per most orders. This includes the cost of the shipping materials and the delivery companies� charges, which will be pre-paid by us. This makes the shipping costs simple and easy to understand. You pay for the fish at the prices given on our Price List plus one charge of per shipment. Your Questions?
