My Hobby
I inherited a 30 gallon tank from my mother-in-law. I loved her very much (still do) and I'd rather have her around than an ol' fish tank any day. I can't do that, so I took her aquarium that my father-in-law gave us, and was determined to have a thriving tank. I've tried aquarium keeping in the past and wasn't so good at it (sorry to all the poor dead fishes I did not keep alive) and, as much as she loved her aquarium, she had a hard time with it too. Anyhow, perhaps with her blessings and my determination to create something special out of a little something she left us, I've finally got it right!
My passion
Now that I have got the knack for fish keeping it's become more than a hobby. I absolutely love it. They say aquariums are stress relievers, so maybe this is part of the reason I love it so much. I don't see myself stopping anytime soon.*******Check out the links at the bottom******* I really love rainbowfishes :) I got a 55 gal tank for Christmas and I really wanted some colorful schooling fish that would get a decent size but not outgrow the tank.
