Live arrival guarantee. They travel very well by Priority Mail USPS, I've really never had a problem. In the very rare case of a DOA. Proof is require within 2 hours of the delivery in the form of a clear high resolution picture, in the unopened shipping bag(Kordon Breather Bag).Failing to pickup or sign the same day of the first delivery attempt, the buyer relinquishes the guarantee. Guarantee is not continuous, replacements can only be sent once.Shipping cost are NOT refundable or guaranteed in any way. In the event of shipping delays of 2 or more days, bad weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances we will replace 50% of lost shipment (not including shipping cost). Theft, damage, destruction, confiscation or other problems beyond our control are not guaranteed.But I'm sure we can work something out. Expect the shrimp to be clear-ish when they first arrive. Their color is highly dependent on their environment (they color-down in the dark, in new environments, or when stressed). Once they have settled into your aquarium and had time to adjust, they will color-up to their color. The most vividly colored will be adult pregnant females, expect the color of juveniles to enhance as they reach maturity. If Shrimp are GONE On Arrival When you get your package and find out that is not the shrimp amount you expected. That means some shrimps died during shipping and other shrimps ate the dead ones, that's why they are gone.(They will eat the whole dead shrimp include the shell for needed minerals) MyHappyShrimp always adds a few extra Happy shrimp.
