Howdy, My name is Rob and I live in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. Florida's weather affords some great conditions for raising quality tropical and ornamental fish.
My personal interests are in show guppies bread for United States show standards as well as bettas, plecos and cory cats.
Payment shipping and handling policy:
I guarantee live arrival of my stock providing express overnight or second day delivery is used. Package must be accepted on first delivery attempt. Stock will be replaced providing a clear picture of unopened bag(s) are provided within 6 hours of arrival. If additional stock is not available a substitution will be offered or a refund will be issued. In some special cases I may request DOA fish to be returned to me preserved in salt. Open bags void guarantee. Buyer is responsible for reshipping costs in the unlikely event of DOA's.. No live arrival guarantee for livestock when priority or multiple day shipping methods are used. Great care is used when packing. When available, extra stock or a special gift(s) are sent. DHL is my shipper of choice.
Paypal is gladly accepted, however I will only ship to verified/confirmed paypal addresses. If you wish to have you fish shipped to a different address, you must contact me before bidding to express your intentions. This policy is in place to protect you as well as me.
