We ship via UPS on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Auctions must be closed and paid 2 days prior to shipping and can be combined with orders from our website. All orders must be completed by Monday at 10am to be shipped this week. Orders completed after the deadline will ship the following week. Our shipping policy is fairly straightforward but make sure you READ THIS STUFF 'cause placing a bid on one of our auctions means you agree to the following terms of service. GO TO OUR WEBSITE AND CLICK THE SHIPPING PRICES TAB ON THE HOMEPAGE. Shipping costs are Flat-Rate per order. We offer a few payment options. Our preferred method is thru PayPal. Most major credit cards are accepted through Quickbooks and Quickbooks Payment Services and are paid directly through our invoice - we do not take credit card info over the phone. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are NOT ACCEPTED. Florida residents add 6.5% Manatee County Sales Tax. We only use UPS. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE applies ONLY TO NEXT DAY AIR. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a DOA, follow these instructions. Take 2 pictures (in focus please) of the DOA in the original shipping bag. Remove the fish from the bag and stick a toothpick through it and take another picture. Send me the pics within ONE HOUR of delivery. You will be issued a credit towards future purchases from our Aquabid auctions, member list or from our website that is valid for one year. Remember, shipping charges are non-refundable. Second, if payment is not received within 96 hours of the closing of the auction that you won, I will cancel your order and ban you from our auctions. So, if you're going to be on vacation when the auction closes, DON'T BID. I'll have more fish when you get back so don't ruin it for everyone else. ALL AUCTIONS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 4 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. If you don't hear from me, check your spam file and have the common sense to send me an email. You placed the bid, you want the fish - take the responsibility to follow up within a reasonable amount of time. Also remember, crap happens! So don't cry, complain or cuss me out and I'll get you fixed up. So if there is a problem, you have to tell me about it if you want it fixed!! Included in your shipping quote is heat or cold packs, extra insulation and Pro-Pak styrofoam boxes. All fish are quarantined for 10-14 days prior to being offered for sale and held for 24 hours in a flow-thru system prior to shipping. I take a lot of pride in our fish and our business and I'm still a hobbyist at heart so you'll always get the very best in quality and service.
