I use an insulated styrofoam box, bag buddies, oxygen, and I double or triple bag, depending on the type and size of fish. Heat packs are used when necessary. There is a standard $3 box charge. When using USPS Express, the delivery will typically be guaranteed overnight, occasionally it will take another day to arrive. Under these circumstances, if the fish arrive in good shape, I will not go back and ask to have the shipping fees refunded.
