Cat's Fish was started in 2014 by a young aquatics hobbyist who grew up fascinated and constantly learning about aquatic life. Our goal as a business is to provide our customers & other hobbyists with beautiful & healthy aqua-cultured( never wild caught) live bearing fish. We breed some of our own and gather others from trusted suppliers. Our fish are always pretreated for at least 1 week before be placed up for sale and we only sell happy, heathy fish!
Shipping/Payment Information and Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our fish. For further information on our LAG please visit our website @ www.catsfish.weebly.com. We ship all of our fish using USPS. Each box is packed with insulation, heat/cool packs (when needed) and we only ever use breather bags when we ship our fish. We only sell and ship our fish when they are happy and heathy so they arrive happy and healthy. *when placing your order please plan ahead to have someone home to receive your fish so they are not left outside (or the LAG is VOID)* We only accept PayPal. After you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and what shipping you would like. A PayPal invoice will be issued shortly after, via the e-mail you provide and have 24 hours to send full payment. *Please make sure to specify what type of shipping you would like before we send the invoice* Orders ship Every Monday. - We do offer bulk shipping for people with multiple orders.
