Here we do all kinds of stuff, everything from cichlids to frogs to plants and snails. Mixed auctions are what we normally do, but if you go to our website www.fromatozexotic.webs.com you can usually find things individually listed.
Emails, Payment, Shipping, and Guarantees
Now, we've had some problems here lately with very impatient and seemingly rude people, thus we have created this page. With regards to emails- we have families and won't always reply right away. That doesn't mean that sending 10 messages in an hour will help you in any way. Payment- we only accept PayPal. Your payment is due within 48 hours of auction's end and if it is not made within 96 hours of auction's end you will be banned from future auctions, reported to AquaBid, and left negative feedback. As far as shipping goes- the price will be stated in the auction, and if it isn't let us know. Your options are usually Priority or Express. Guarantees are as follows: there is NEVER a live arrival guarantee on Priority mailing whether or not you think it's fair. If your fish arrive DOA we need pics of them cut in half within 2 hours of reciept, and you will be CREDITED the amount you paid minus the actual shipping cost. With Express shipping- live arrival is guaranteed unless otherwise stated and you will be refunded the amount you paid for your fish minus what you paid for shipping ONLY IF I recieve your pics of the DOA's cut in half within 2 hours of reciept.
