As the seller, I am not responsible for any delay on the part of the carrier if fish arrive dead please send two clear photos of the dead fish in the original unopened packaging within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt USPS will send me the time when they have delivery the fish I will replace the dead fish if replacement fish are available. If replacement fish are not available, you have the option of substituting with other fish that I have available.
