Buyer may be delayed if severe weather, extreme temperatures or due to holidays which impact deliveries. We ship via USPS Priority Mail United States Post Office. Least expensive option starting at $18. We also ship starting at $48.00 Express mail based upon weight and destination. WARNING: Reminder that these cannot be insured. There is no postal guarantee on live fish or plants! Fish, product and shipping cost rates are in US Dollars. NO INTERNATIONAL shipments. No Shipments to Canada. No shipments to California for plant items. No shipments to Alaska unless Express Mail. No shipments to Guam, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All DOA's must be photographed before opening the bag. Shipments delayed by more than 3 days by postal carrier for USPS Priority will not be replaced. Buyer will be notified of tracking and box must be picked up on first delivery attempt. Cost of fish only can be credited to a reshipment. No compensation will be given for shipping cost. By ordering you agree to the terms of shipping handling.
