About Me
I am 28 years old and have been in the aquarium/fish hobby for 15 years. I currently have 2 tanks 29, 55 gallon setup all planted. I also have a 96 gallon pond with goldfish. I have seperate hospital and nursery tanks available as well if needed.
Shipping and Terms
I ship to Continental USA ONLY. I will use USPS Priority Mail boxes or flat rate boxes and try and fit the products in the boxes comfortably. I will use a styrafoam lined box for fish. Heat and cold packs are available at buyers request for an extra 1.00, I will use USPS Express for 49.00 at buyers request. I will not use FedEx as I have had to many problems with them and I do not use any airlines. I have not had DOA on any of my shipments here or on aquarium forums yet. I will do a 100% live arrival gaurantee on the USPS Express Shipping, but currently do not offer it on Priority Mail, although I have not done an Express shipping yet. Also if there is a DOA, I need a picture emailed to me within 1 hour of 1st delivery attempt in its original bag. Thank-you and have a nice day.
