Hi, I'm Michelle, and thanks for visiting! Plants have been my passion since I can remember, and I take great pride in all my planted aquariums. So you can be assured that I won't sell you anything I wouldn't buy for myself. Customer satisfaction is also very important to me, so please send me an email if you have any questions. Shipping and DOA Policy
I only ship plants Monday through Wednesday to prevent them from sitting at the post office over the weekend. During those days, if I receive your order before 9 am EST, I can almost guarantee they will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped on the next available day. If you use my Etsy, I'll be able to ship your plants much quicker. I ship orders as I receive them, but you can contact me about alternate shipping days, and I can reserve your order for another time. We can also discuss holding your package for pickup at the post office. As for my DOA policy, I offer replacements if: You chose Express shipping, there were no post office delays, you have brought the plants inside and contacted me with picture evidence within two hours of delivery, and you agree to pay for shipping the replacements. I also offer in-person pickups if you're near the CSRA. If I don't have any replacements ready, you're welcome to find something of equal value to replace it. I just can't do refunds.
