Live Arrival Guarantee * All fish are guaranteed to arrive alive or a refund will be made for the exact amount paid for the fish(no shipping fees), the shipment option chosen from the website at the time of the order being placed. We do not guarantee fish that die as a result of a late shipment, lost shipment or damage incurred in shipping. To receive a refund, ALL the following criteria MUST be met: * The fish must have died prior to delivery. If a fish dies after the delivery, FOR ANY REASON, no refund will be made. * We must receive an e-mail notification to exotictrading@hotmail.com, within 2 hours of the delivery, that a fish arrived DOA(Died Of Arrival). * We will require picture of dead fish with fins and tail cut off and send to exotictrading@hotmail.com or we might require you to send the dead fish back to Exotic Trading. If you disposed the fish, guarantee automatic void. We do not guarantee and will make NO refund for: * Fish that are delivered, but are not immediately opened, acclimated and released. * Shipments that are incorrectly delivered due to incorrect information being provided on the initial order. * Fish that die as a result of where the delivery is delayed for one day or more. * Shipments arrived and no one pickup at the door.
