Thank you for taking the time to view my page. We are a family run hobbiest turned small fish operation. The fish that we offer for sale are all bred and raised in our home. We strive for satisfaction with every sale. Communication is the key. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. We will do what we can to work something out.
Payment, Shipping, and DOA/Live Arrival Guarentee
Payment: Payment is accepted via paypal only. At auction's end, I will send an email with further payment information. A paypal invoice will follow. Payment is due upon receipt of the paypal invoice. SHIPPING: Please, please, please...make sure the address you have on file with aquabid is correct. This address is always included as the shipping address on the paypal invoice. This is the address where your purchase will be shipped. If this is not correct, it is your responsibility to provide your correct shipping address. I am not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address. Shipping is via USPS priority (or overnight if available and at an additional cost to the buyer) at a flat rate of $20, unless the shipping cost listed in the auction is lower. Fish will be double bagged in atmosphere oxygen in a styrofoam lined box. Shipping costs include box liner, bags, rubber bands, tape, packing supplies, etc. Heat packs are available at an additional $3 each and are required for any live fish shipped beginning 11/1 through 4/1. DOA/LIVE ARRIVAL GUARENTEE (LAG): LAG on all priority shipments delivered within the 2-3 day window guarenteed by USPS. Anything delivered outside the window must be taken up with USPS. LAG covers the cost of the fish only - shipping costs are non-refundable. Within 2 hours of delivery, please email two (2) clear pictures of the fish still in the bag and two (2) clear pictures of the fish out of the bag.
