If DOA should occur a clear photo of DOA in unopened bag must be sent within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. Cost of DOA will be reimbursed. Shipping will not be reimbursed. If buyer wants replacement of DOA buyer pays for new shipping. Shipping will not be reimbursed if shipping carrier fails to deliver by time stated on carriers web site. No Live Arrival Guarantee if box is left outside, eg. front porch, mail box etc., by shipping carrier. Winter shipping: Boxes will be well insulated and heat pack(s)..If temperature is to cold for shipping in your area or mine shipping will be postponed until temperature improves. Payment Please make sure payment is properly and correctly filled out.If not it will be returned and your responsibility to fix and send back.Auctioned fish are held in separate tank until payment is received. Please let me know when payment is sent so fish can be properly purged prior to shipping. Fish will be shipped the day payment is received or the next practical shipping day. |
