Hi There!
Hi there. We are new to this site and find it just wonderful!! We are also relatively new to the fish keeping world! Just last March (2004) my husband got me my first fish tank. All I wanted was a small 20 gallon tank with two small fish in it. Well, we got Orandas. The quickly out grew it and so did our desire for more fish!! :) We now have six fish tanks! One five gallon with spixis, two ten gallons (one with a betta, one with guppies and ghost shrimp), one 20 gallon endler's and brigs tank, and two 55's (one angelfish tank and one oranda and cana tank). These fish, and mostly the snails, are so addicting!!! Last year, we wanted a single fish tank. Now look at us! Our house can be effectively lit by the light of the fish tanks!

The furred kids: Levi, Diablo, Gordon and P-Kiddy the cats. Heidi, the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. The feathered kids: Paisley the cockatiel, Ruby the Solomon Island Eclectus, Posey the Albino Indian Ringnekc, and Lily the Lilac Crowned Amazon. The finned (and shelled) kids: Monk and Sharona, the Orandas who started it all! Aikidoka and Mickey Dee, the bettas. Riddley the cana snail, St. Louis the marisa, Tiger and Grimmace the brigs, Hansel the Haustrum, Jack the Insularium, Bee the spixi, Pat the MTS, and all the babies and lots and lots of others!!
Monk and Sharona; they started our addiction!
