SHIPPING INFO
All items are shipped Mondays unless it's a holiday and in that case they will go out Tuesday.
All shrimp are shipped via USPS Priority mail*. You will find the little guys neatly and tightly packaged inside a Breather bag. I wrap the bag in newspaper and it all fits snugly in a styrofoam lined box. If it is extremely hot or cold in your delivery area, please contact me before ordering.
Cut off for orders to ship out Monday is 9pm Central the day prior.
*Express shipping is always available. Please contact me before ordering if you are interested in Express shipping.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via PayPal only and expected immediately after close of auction. Send payment to (info at cflaquatics dot com). If you are not sure of the total or want to choose an add on such as a sponge filter or acclimation kit, I will send a PayPal invoice within 24 hours of auction close for the full amount.
SHIPPING & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE POLICY
All the fine print stuff you need to read before purchasing from me to ensure you fully understand my shipping policy. Now onto the nitty gritty:
100% Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on first delivery attempt. First delivery attempt is determined by timestamp on package tracking available at USPS.com. Extras are included in all shipments to cover the rare DOA (Dead on Arrival) of livestock. In the event there are DOA over the extra sent, proof in the form of a clear picture must be taken of the dead livestock still in the closed bag and sent to (info at cflaquatics dot com) within 1.5 hours of delivery. I will either ship replacements or refund the value of dead livestock via PayPal, buyer�s choice. Shipping cost is nonrefundable. If buyer�s choice is to have replacements shipped, buyer is responsible for shipping cost. LAG is not continuous, and replacements/refund will only be done once.
I reserve the right to have the package held for pickup at the post office (location of buyer�s choice) if weather could harm the livestock. LAG is null if a package marked as held for pickup is delivered to buyer�s final address by USPS. LAG is null if buyer does not pickup the package the same day it is available for pickup at the post office.
