You can contact your local fish and wildlife department regarding regulations LIVE SHIPPING: Please allow 24-48 hours handling time as we prepare the fishes to ship. We ship USPS. Free local pick up available. DOA Policy: In the rare circumstance where you have any DOA exceeding the extra fries we've added, please take pictures within 2 hours upon arrival. If you live in conditions with extreme weather conditions, it is your responsibility to notify us ahead of time to arrange shipment. We are not liable for any damages to your order or DOA due to weather related or exceed the 2 hours from the shipping carrier delivered time. All claims and issues must be reported within 2 hours of arrival or we will not be liable. In most case scenario, we will refund the number of DOA fish or we can resend the fish at no extra charge to you. No returns or exchanges accepted.
