Fish keeping started as a hobby for me and quickly turned into an addiction. As I'm sure you all know it can get expensive in a hurry. I sell on Aquabid to fund my fish room and hobby! I focused mostly on livebearers and bristlenose in the past but have broadened my horizons and have many more species available to date. I only keep high quality and healthy fish and it is my goal to get them out to everyone in the hobby at a decent price!
DOA Policy-Please Read
Not every auction I list will come with a DOA guarantee. I live in Wisconsin which means the weather can get crazy unexpectedly. I will either postpone shipping or not offer a guarantee in the first place. Most of the time I do offer a guarantee for my auctions and it will be stated in the description whether there is one or not. My DOA policy is: I must receive a picture of the deceased fish within one hour of the first delivery attempt of the unopened original bag. You will be refunded in the amount of the deceased fish or be sent replacement fish. If I send you more fish than I listed in the auction and there are DOA's but you still received all of the fish that were listed in the auction you will not receive a refund. The extras were included to cover DOAs. (Ex. I send you 6 fish and 2 arrive dead. You will be refunded the amount of the 2 dead fish.) You will NOT be refunded shipping costs. If you choose to receive replacement fish I will split the cost of priority shipping at my own discretion. IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not responsible for the cost of lost or delayed fish in transit! In this situation it turns into the carriers responsibility. Every package I send out has insurance on it at or higher than the winning bid of the auction. I will do everything in my power to ensure you get reimbursed in this situation! I am dedicated to keeping you, the customer, happy and to keep this hobby going strong! I will do everything in my power to make things right with you if something is not as expected.
