RETURN POLICY: If fish arrive dead, take a picture of them in the bag(s) they came in within 4 hours of delivery. Send it to 701-290-9913 or braunsaquatic@gmail.com. A full refund will rewarded for the fish. Shipping is not refunded. SHIPPING: All packages are shipped USPS priority 2 day mail with delivery confirmation and insurance, all paid for by the buyer. Signature required for delivery may be added and is paid for by seller. We estimate what shipping will cost for you to send us the amount, if shipping is lower than what we quoted the difference will be refunded to the seller. If you order an aggressive fish keep that in mind when adding them to your tank with other fish. We are not responsible for any harm your new fish does to any existing fish in the tank and vice versa!
