I am a hobbyist who offers select aquatic snail babies as I happen to have them available. I keep mystery snails, rabbit snails and ramshorn snails.
Shipping
Priority shipping is $15 with live guarantee. Live guarantee: DOAs are extremely rare for me but it can happen. If the snail is dead on Arrival, I will replace the snail but you must pay shipping again. If a replacement snail of the same type is not available, I will refund the winning auction price (or divide evenly if multiple snails were in the auction) excluding shipping costs. You must send a picture of the dead snail pulled out of it's shell within 12 hours of delivery. It's rare but occasionally people lie and try to get refunds on live snails so this proof avoids that possibility. I strongly advise holding a suspected DOA snail close to your nose. A dead snail smells rotten and you won't have any question in your mind. If there is no bad snail, it's still alive. Most snails are up and moving in minutes to few hours depending on how rough the trip was.
