I guarantee 100% live arrival as long as someone is there at residence to sign for the package (first attempt only). All my shipped fish are doubled or tripled bag with pure oxygen or in some cases bag buddies. I will do everything I can to minimize stress during shipping. I have not had any losses but it can happen. Rest assured, I pack with enough pure oxygen and in some cases, bag buddies for the fish to remain alive for an extended length of time. Absolutely NO guarantee on extended non-delivery because buyer forgot package was coming in or no one was home to receive. Again, I only ship overnight, no second day offered. ACCLIMATION: I am not responsible for poor acclimation. Use the method of your choice at your own risk. I, myself prefer the drip method. It works very well. SHIPPING: I ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays only. You must have a valid and verified street address in order receive package. I will not ship to a PO Box or postal box or any other bizarre places. I will ship to home addresses only. Buyer is to notify me within one hour incase of DOA by email. Picture must be taken and emailed to me immediately. You will be refunded amount due for fish but shipping is non-refundable. Package should arrive by 12 noon, usually by 1030am depending on shipper. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30am.
