Hi and thanks for looking at my products for sale, please look at my requirements below and if there are any further questions please contact me prior to bidding (Shup2@mac.com). ***Payments*** All payments are due no later than Sunday @ 6pm EST for Monday shipping or Monday @ 6pm EST for Tuesday shipping. ***Shipping Days*** My only shipping days for live products are Monday and Tuesday.***Packing*** All items will be listed with the most economical packing method in the auction, winner may change this method at a increased cost, Options are Kordon breather bags, Plastic bags with oxygen and all packages will be in a insulated box.***Shipping methods*** All auctions will list the most economical method (usually US Post office 2-3 day service), some auctions may require Next Day delivery and will be listed as such, any winner may change the shipping method of any auction but be aware this may change the winning bid and the DOA warranty. ***DOA*** All DOA�s on ground based shipments will be for the product only, shipping is not refundable and re-shipment of replacement product is the winning bidders responsibility. DOA�s thru air shipments will be addressed on a case by case basis and winning bidder will be given all options for insurance. For any replacement all DOA�s must include a clear picture of the unopened bag and package as well as a picture of the product cut in half � NO PHOTOS, NO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

**Fish Foods*** - Shipping is Monday and tuesday only, payment must be made by 6pm EST to get shipment out following day. I will always use the cheapest method to ship but if you need ASAP we can work that out at a increased price.
