Shipping, Payments & Live Arrival Guarantee
Shipping: Orders are shipped in appropriate plastic bags with pure oxygen, ship shape added, styro lined boxes with additional insulation and heat packs as needed. We reserve the right to ship livestock when appropriate regarding weather. We ship out orders Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Payments: Paypal Only- Must be received in 48 hours or notify us for arrangements. Live Arrival Guarantee: They're guaranteed to arrive alive! In the event of DOA, just take two photos of the loss(es) while still inside their sealed shipping bags. The claim must be made within two(2) hours of first attempted delivery. If on the rare occasion DOA occurs, we will replace your loss, give you a credit toward future purchases or refund your purchase price minus shipping. Pick up livestock must be arranged in advance with cash only accepted. Delivery is offered within reasonable distance of VA. We're very down to earth and understanding.
